Background Broadgate is retained by the Alexander Forbes Group, one of the top ten global financial services and risk organisations. We work for five divisions including Alexander Forbes Financial Services (AFFS), the Group's independent financial adviser. Brief To raise awareness of AFFS's corporate and pensions services and expertise in the vertical trade press, including pensions, adviser and employee benefit publications and national press. Concurrently to raise awareness of the pension advice offered by AFFS to high net worth individuals. What we did Position AFFS as a pension industry expert for SME businesses and high net worth individuals by issuing regular comment on the latest legislation and government consultations, specifically targeting these audiences. Created an annual Pensions Confidence Survey which highlights the issues and confidence surrounding defined benefit pension schemes. Broadgate embarked on a media contact programme, introducing AFFS to pension journalists, participating in roundtables and regularly contributing feature articles. Results AFFS is now recognised as one of the leading pension IFAs in the UK and Broadgate helped achieve this by generating regular coverage for AFFS in national and trade press. |
